Asphalt should be sealed 90 days after installation, and every 2 to 3 years, depending on exposure.

• Sealcoat protects the top layer of asphalt from oxidation and wear caused by sun and air exposure.

• Sealcoating also beautifies the pavement providing a smooth, black, even surface ideal for painting lines and sweeping.

• Oxidation causes the asphalt to dry and become brittle, leading to erosion of the top layer of fine particles and the appearance of larger stones and cracks on the surface.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][vc_column width=”1/4″][vc_single_image image=”2264″ img_size=”full” add_caption=”yes” alignment=”center” title=”Protected Pavement”][/vc_column][/vc_row][/vc_section][vc_section full_width=”stretch_row” el_class=”gray-wrapper”][/vc_section]
